This update effort has been undertaken to assure our bylaws are consistent with the requirements of our newly acquired IRS 501c3 tax exempt status.

Our Jazz Society dues-paid members are welcome  to examine this draft and provide any suggestions to the Board of Directors before these ByLaws are approved by the Board of Directors in June 2023
